DXGI_ERROR_, DEVICE_HUNG

There are a few reasons the DXGI_ERROR_, DEVICE_HUNG error code may happen. Your best bet is to update your graphics card driver.

Error code:leaf

Code:leaf happens when our EA servers aren’t responding, so we can’t connect you to a match. This means that in the backend we created a match, our servers talked to one another, we sent players there, but we didn’t get an answer from that new server.

You can try a few things to fix the issue, but may need to wait for us to fix it. Here’s what you can try.

  • Restart your router.
  • Use an Ethernet network.
  • Reboot your PC.

Error code:net

Code:net happens when an EA server stopped answering the game. Like with code:leaf, there are a few things you can try to fix this issue, but you may need to wait for a fix if you keep getting it.
